Literacy Services of Wisconsin is hiring a full-time, benefit- eligible Program Director to lead a dynamic adult reading program, managing staff and volunteer tutors, serving 400 students a year.
Qualifications:
& Bachelor’s degree in education with experience in student assessment -Master’s degree preferred.
& Strong program management skills including staff supervision, volunteer management, outcomes tracking, grant reporting, etc.
& Three-five years experience in teaching adult or special education.
& Experience or training in adult education reading curricula preferred.
& Experience working with disadvantaged populations.
& Commitment to the mission and students of LSW.
Compensation:
Full time, senior level position
Salary in the low to mid- $40s
